1. STAY AWARE
Pay attention to the hottest parts of the day by checking the weather regularly. Modify your activities as needed to avoid spending too much time outdoors without protection from the sun. It’s also important to pay close attention to your hydration status and drink plenty of water during a heatwave.
2. KEEP COOL
